Explorer Ultra Lightweight Mobility Scooter Warranty:
Explorer 12-Month Warranty covers: Defects in certain materials and workmanship in the eFOLDi Explorer; The frame, subframe, forks, steering column, and rear wheels; The motor, charger, controller unit, indicators, horn, brake lever, and headlight; and the battery.
What is NOT covered: Damage caused by the owner attempting to modify, fix or alter the eFOLDi Explorer; Damage caused by improper use; Tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake cable, fuses and lightbulbs which are subject to wear and tear; and unplanned product obsolescence after the warranty expires.
Return Policy
- The following conditions apply:
- This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The product must new and unused and in the original packaging.
- All accessories and items that were included in the box must be returned.
- Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
- Delivery and service fees are not refundable.
- Mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
- Custom-made by the manufacturer to suit your specific needs are non-returnable.
- An RA (Return Authorization) from Corefindsco must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be shipped back to the address noted on the RA within 15 days.
- Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If delivered by a technician and delivery slip is signed and accepted the item is unable to be returned.

I have had my Explore for about a year and I am very happy with how maneuverable it is. Would like to purchase a seat and back cushion for longer treks. My scooter is very good on solid dirt trails and on steeper terrain, I can stay upright by putting my food out for balance. Heavier scooters are harder to keep upright on slanted surfaces. I have a heavier scooter that is a little better comfort wise on paved walkways for long distance.
Explorer is my favorite for plane travel and goes where heavier scooters can’t go. Love my scooter. Dealership for accessories would be the topping on my dessert.🥰
